All the following rules and important information which is understood and will be followed.
1. Number of Guests: Only Accounted Number of guests are allowed to enter the property. Extra guests including visitors will need prior permission to enter the premises. Bringing extra guests without permission will not be allowed inside the premises and could lead to cancellation of booking without refund amount collected & security.

2. Only agreed number of guests including children can stay in the premises which has maximum capacity of 12 guests who can sleep.
Check-in and Checkout
Check-in Time - 2.30 PM Check-out Time - 11.00 AM Late Check-out is Subject to Availability and will be charged Rs.1000 per Hour. 4. I will hand over the premises usage fees for all the days in advance immediately at the time of Checking-in.
Security Deposit Rules
Security deposit against cancellation, damage, breakage, and not following rules. * The security deposit will be returned after Checkout if no damage is done and all rules are followed. * No refund will be initiated on no show or cancellation. * Evidence of indoor smoking will result in the full security amount being forfeited. * Evidence of Drinking and Eating inside the Swimming Pool will result in the full security amount being forfeited. Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
