Cancellations and Refunds    

Short-Stay and Night-Stay Bookings:

NamasteyHomesFor Short-Stay and Night-Stay offers a complete refund (after deducting the transaction fees charged by our Payment Gateway Partner) for cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to check-in time. If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the booking date or check-in time, no refunds will be issued. In the case of no-shows or dissatisfaction with the service after checking in, no refunds will be given. Refunds are not applicable if a booking is modified to future dates, which were originally non-refundable under the 24-hour cancellation policy. *Please note that although your booking is confirmed with the hotel, it cannot be considered a confirmed reservation until NamasteyHomes double-checks with the hotel. Confirmed bookings are subject to room availability for hourly slots.

For Lemon Tree Hotels: No refunds will be provided if a booking is cancelled anytime before check-in or in the event of a no-show.

Extended Stay Bookings:

NamasteyHomesFor Extended Stay offers a complete refund (after deducting the transaction fees charged by our Payment Gateway Partner) for cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to check-in time. If a booking is cancelled within 72 hours of the booking date or check-in time, no refunds will be issued. In the case of no-shows or dissatisfaction with the service after checking in, no refunds will be given. Refunds are not applicable if a booking is modified to future dates, which were originally non-refundable under the 24-hour or 72-hour cancellation policies. *Please note that although your booking is confirmed with the hotel, it cannot be considered a confirmed reservation until NamasteyHomes double-checks with the hotel. Confirmed bookings are subject to room availability.*

Refunds will be credited to the same account used for the original payment and should be processed within 7-10 working days. However, it may take an additional 3-14 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

 Food & Beverage Terms & Conditions

– All Food & Beverage orders require prepaid payment only.
– No refunds are applicable for food and beverages if the customer opts to cancel within 48 hours of check-in time. Please contact NamasteyHomes customer support before 48 hours of check-in time for cancellations.
– The 48-hour pre-check-in policy may not apply to certain properties.
– Food & Beverage orders may be eligible for a 100% refund if the hotel partner fails to fulfill the order as specified in the customer’s food voucher. Such refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by NamasteyHomes.
– Food & Beverage orders will be fulfilled within 45 minutes after the guest checks in to the room or as specified by the guest during check-in.
– Refunds, if applicable, will be credited back to the customer’s source account within 5-7 working days.
– In the event of damage or unlawful activities, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the F&B orders, and no refunds will be issued.
– All Food & Beverage orders are cancellable and 100% refundable if hotel partners are unable to provide check-in to guests due to unavoidable and unforeseen circumstances.
– NamasteyHomes will make fair decisions on refunds, which shall be final and binding.
– If a customer requests a modification in check-in time for the same date, the Food & Beverage order will be subject to availability. NamasteyHomes will not be responsible for the service in this case.
– If a customer requests a modification in check-in time and check-in date, the Food & Beverage order will be subject to availability and timing information provided by the customer. NamasteyHomes will not be responsible for the service in this case.
– If both stay and food and beverages are booked together, the respective policies will apply.
– Hotels/restaurants providing on-site food will be solely responsible for food hygiene and safety standards.
– Some hotels may not offer in-room service but have in-house restaurants. Customers can either dine in at these restaurants or collect food themselves for consumption in their rooms.
– Food images, brands, and portions shown are for demonstration purposes only and may differ from the actual items.
